Junior Program   Adult Classes

Our head instructor and team leader is Renshi Patrick Lavigne. Since he was of age to be on the mats he has been! Studying Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo and finally, Ju Jitsu!

The title "Renshi" means polished expert, this title was gifted to Sensei Pat by three different world wide organizations and signed by six grand masters. Renshi Pat has also recently been appointed the Canadian Technical Director for Kyoo Soku Seishen Ryu (school of the fast and strong spirit)

Combine all of his years of teaching experience in and out of the martial arts world and you are sure to be satisfied no matter what your martial goals!

The newest edition to our team of great instructors. We have been lucky to recruit Sensei Eric, a very talented martial artist and all round nice guy.
